Company Overview:

Core Story:Parallel Financial was co-founded by Anthony Mahfood and Brian Boughner in 2013. After experiencing the financial collapse of 2008 and seeing firsthand how the financial industry put their interests above their clients, Brian and Anthony decided to create an independent firm to ensure that their clients’ best interest would always be first and foremost.

A few years after experiencing success with this strategy, they realized they were not alone and that other advisors longed for a place where they could serve their clients with the freedom and flexibility to offer true unbiased advice. Responsibilities:Event Planning:

Conceptualize, plan, and execute various events (e.g., client appreciation events, seminars, and webinars.

Marketing Support:

Develop marketing campaigns, create engaging content, maintain our website, manage social media platforms, and evaluate marketing effectiveness.

Client Engagement:

Enhance client relationships, gather event feedback, and collaborate on engagement strategies with advisors and client service teams.

Administrative Support:

Handle event and marketing administrative tasks, maintain records, and ensure the success of events and campaigns.

Client Service Excellence:

Deliver outstanding service across communication channels and coordinate client-related activities with precision.

Operational Efficiency:

Work with colleagues to refine systems and workflows, promoting a culture of continuous improvement .

Liaison and Collaboration:

Facilitate interactions between clients, advisors, and custodians, ensuring satisfaction and addressing issues promptly.

Detail-Oriented Approach:

Coordinate and organize client visits, prepare materials for meetings, and manage client paperwork with meticulous attention to detail.

Issue Resolution:

Identify and resolve issues promptly and accurately, demonstrating a commitment to client success.

Requirements:Experience in event planning and coordination, preferably within Financial or professional services.Proficiency in marketing concepts and tools, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.Impeccable attention to detail.Team-oriented mindset.Analytical skills to handle diverse information and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.Adaptability and reliability.Prior experience in client service is preferred.Bachelor's Degree is desired but not essential.Proficiency in Microsoft 365, CRM systems, reporting software, and various cloud-based applications.
