The Town of Bow is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Building Maintenance Aide.
This position performs routine maintenance and cleaning of designated Town Buildings and Grounds. Works un der the general supervision of the Building and Facilities Manager and the Baker Free Library Director. Work is generally performed without direct supervision and requires some independent judgement and recourcefulness.
Example of Duties but not limited to: empties trash receptacles in each assigned building, performs light carpentry and building maintenance tasks, sets and resets meeting rooms and common areas before and after activities as required.
Hourly rate Pay range is $18.24 - $22.21 per hour DOQ. Benefits include health and dental insurance, retirement plan, and life and disability insurance. Pre employment physical and drug/alcohol required.
