As we continue to expand our online presence, we're seeking a skilled Shopify Designer & Copywriter who has a strong background in e-commerce design and a deep understanding of the firearms industry.Job Description:We are looking for a talented Freelance Shopify Designer & Copywriter to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about design, copywriting, and e-commerce, understands the nuances of the firearms industry, and can create a user experience that resonates with our target audience. The ideal candidate will have a unique blend of creative design skills, copywriting expertise, and industry knowledge, enabling them to contribute to both the visual and textual aspects of our website.Key Responsibilities:Design and improve landing pages, product pages, and homepages using Shopify sections and landing page builder software.Write engaging titles, product descriptions, and other site content that reflects industry-specific language and trends.Select the best images for the content from our extensive photo library, ensuring they are properly formatted and compressed for website speed.Design banners, hero images, and other visual elements that enhance the aesthetic appeal of our website.Collaborate with our development team to coordinate the creation of custom-coded sections as needed.Apply CRO strategies to enhance user engagement and increase sales.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Shopify Designer & Copywriter, with a strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce projects.In-depth knowledge of Shopify's platform and experience with landing page builders.Strong design skills with the ability to edit and optimize images and create banners, hero images, and other visual content.Familiarity with the firearms industry, including an understanding of the language, trends, and audience expectations.Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create content that resonates with our target market.An eye for clean, modern design and an understanding of website aesthetics.Compensation:$2,000/month with the potential for increased workload and pay based on performance and results.How to Apply:Please submit your resume, portfolio, hourly rate and a brief cover letter explaining your experience with Shopify design and your knowledge of the firearms industry.
