Day-to-DayInsight Global is looking for a Proposal Specialist for one of the largest telecom companies in the nation. This individual will be reviewing RFPs and bids from local and state governments and educational institutions who are seeking telecommunication services. The Proposal Specialist must read and understand solicitation documents, meet with stakeholders (billing, finance, product, etc.) to dissect the bids, and create/write the full proposals from scratch with unique content. This person will be responsible for enhancing and simplifying the sales cycle by creating proposal and marketing materials and keeping track of which strategies are successful. They will ensure accurate and prompt responses for proposals by assigning sections, questions or technical specifications to knowledgeable team members. In addition, this person will manage the bid workflow process from initial reception to final submission, including reviewing proposals and writing recommendations and streamline the bid creation process through in-depth analysis of workflow. They will also perform additional duties as related to the position including textual input, addressing, packaging, copying materials, completing forms and following up with team members.
This position will compensate at $20-23/hr based off of experience!
