Project Design Coordinator

Interact with customers and utility companies at a professional levelReview and check the solar plans with the designers and customersReview layouts received from designers to ensure production, panel layout, EPBB and shading report are accurateCoordinate long and short term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlinesAssist with quality control checks on the project throughout the development to maintain standards.

Necessary Skills and Experience:Previous solar design and electrical experience highly desirable2+ years of experience in solar project coordinationKnowledge of the NEC and applicable codes and standards to check the plansKnowledge of utilities requirements for meter spot in CAHigh proficiency with MS Excel, MS Project and/or other PM softwareGood knowledge in AutoCAD is highly desirableFamiliar with Salesforce and Dropbox.
