Our company is seeking a team member for our Graphic Design department where you’ll work closely with our customers to create designs, edit menus, and deliver high-quality design orders.

OutcomesDeliver high-quality graphic design solutions for both customers and internal marketing needsDevelop fresh, innovative menu designs tailored to customer specificationsRevise and update customer designs, including menus, pricing changes, and additional modificationsProduce supplementary menu designs for returning clients, ensuring brand consistencyIdentify and recommend process improvements to enhance the efficiency of our graphic design workflow, driving better customer satisfaction

ResponsibilitiesRegularly communicate with customers via email and phone to understand their specific requirements and provide timely updatesUphold consistent design quality, ensuring each project meets the highest standardsProcess design orders, prepare quotes, and manage project timelines effectivelyCollaborate with team members to maintain design consistency across various media channelsCreate visually compelling logos, print materials, and digital media that align with brand goalsStay informed about industry trends, technology advancements, and competitive landscape to keep our designs fresh and relevant

QualificationsGraphic Design Experience: Minimum of 2 years (Required)Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Minimum of 3 years, including hands-on experience with Adobe InDesign (Required)Core Skills: Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography, and design abilitiesCustomer Communication: Must be comfortable and willing to communicate regularly with customers via email and phoneDetail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail is essentialProblem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsProactive Learner: A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in the roleLocation Requirement: Willingness to work full-time in our Englewood, CO office (this position is not remote or hybrid)Local Applicants Only: Applicants must reside within the Denver area; we do not consider candidates outside this regionPortfolio Requirement: Submission of a portfolio showcasing your work is required
