MBS Professional is looking for a Technical Writer in Mason for a long term contract.
Job Title: Technical WriterJob Location: Mason, OH (Hybrid)Job Type: Contract (Long-term)Pay Range: $35-$38 per hour
What you will be doing
The Technical Documentation Specialist drives the creation of a documentation methodology and framework and maintains proper methodology for purposes of consistency and efficiency.This role prepares and/or maintains documentation pertaining to programming, system design, software operation, product description documents, installation documentation and user documentation.This position translates business and technical specifications into documentation to be used by Sales, Marketing, the technical development team and user documentation.This position is familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures.A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Required Experience/ Education
BA or BS degree with a minimum of two years’ work experience writing technical documentation.Experience with the Microsoft Word and Power Point products as well as ability to use graphic editing software.Experience with a document archival system
