As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to enhance how customers engage with our product, ensuring an intuitive and impactful user experience.
Who You Are:You are a seasoned UI/UX designer with a deep understanding of how design impacts user interaction and satisfaction. You are passionate about exploring how customers use digital products and are skilled at transforming insights into actionable design improvements. Your expertise enables you to mentor others, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and lead by example in crafting user-centric design solutions.
What You Will Do:Collaborate with Design and Product Teams : Work closely with our Lead Designer and coordinate with Product Managers to interpret their feedback as well as direct customer insights into meaningful design solutions. Ensure that every design decision enhances the user experience and aligns with business objectives.Design Execution and Strategy : Lead the creation and refinement of design concepts, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes. Champion a seamless and engaging user experience across all stages of the customer journey.Feedback Integration and Iteration : Incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders, including customers, product managers, and development teams, to iteratively improve the product.What You Will Need:Extensive experience in UI/UX design, particularly for digital products in a tech-driven environment.Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user experience design, visual design, and user interface design.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationales to stakeholders.Solid experience with Figma
