About Our Product:

Available worldwide, we offer both physical and virtual studios, a line of ever-evolving, patented equipment and live, as well as on-demand streaming workouts via digital membership.

Job Location:Pvolve Fort Worth4500 Hartwood Dr suite 110, Fort Worth, TX 76109

Job Responsibilities:• 25-30 hours a week in-studio• Logistics and Operational Manager of the studio who will work closely with our Sales Manager and Franchise Owner• Communicate with Sales Manager about membership pricing and offerings• Communicate

with Lead Trainer about scheduling• Implement member retention strategies to increase loyalty and drive member referrals• Self-generate leads via grassroots marketing, partnerships, and member referrals• Schedule and participate in local networking and community events• Coordinate with sales manager to recruit, train, schedule and supervise sales staff• Evaluate performance of sales staff and instruct on methods of improvement• Plan and schedule monthly sales staff meetings with the sales manager• Work with franchise owner to coordinate with retail vendors to ensure retail product is stocked and merchandised to brand standards• Enforce all policies and procedures• Maintain studio cleanliness and organization• Customer service and management of memberships• Manage inventory and organization of all equipment, cleaning supplies, and marketing materials• Weekly touch bases with the studio owner to discuss upcoming events and corporate initiativesRequirements:• 2+ years of retail, service, fitness, or project management experience• Experience in running community events and cultivating relationships and partnerships• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in-person, via phone and email• Passionate about fitness and wellness• Highly organized; able to prioritize and meet deadlines• Professional, trustworthy, and punctual• Proficient with Client Management Software, Google Sheets, Microsoft Suite of Products, Slack• Ability to partner and manage to drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail• Previous management or supervisory experience required. Must build an environment of trust and respect within a team.• Professional, punctual, reliable, and organized• Strong attention to detail and accuracy• Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information• Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the general public
