Content Writer Intern

The Content Writer Intern is responsible for style and formatting consistency across all projects and communicating with team members to create the best content possible while being in line with PAM Transport’s brand voice.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:Completing writing projects, meeting deadlines and following content requirements in terms of style and project specifications.Revising content whenever customers or clients request changes or information is outdated and irrelevant.Working with all departments to define their content needs and assist in developing programming as needed. Developing relevant content that will get the most traffic through digital marketing.Optimizing articles for SEO and accessibility with an understanding of SEO/SEM and keyword targeting.Writing engaging content for blogs, newsletter, video scripts, training programs, digital and print ads, email campaigns, other assets, infographics, social media, etc.Identifying gaps in content and recommending new topics.Editing content to ensure voice, grammar and style is consistent.
Knowledge Skills & Abilities:Understanding grammar rules and how to construct clear sentences.Being mindful of things like flow, readability, and sentence variety.Proficient use of Microsoft 365.Understanding of search engine optimization best practices.The ability to cooperate with other collaborators to complete projects.
Qualifications:Must be currently enrolled in an Associate or Bachelor program for journalism, English, or comparable program or a recent graduate
