We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Landscape Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for landscape design and a keen eye for detail. They will be responsible for creating unique, professionally acclaimed landscape designs that meet the aesthetic and functional needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:Develop unique and innovative landscape designs that align with client preferences and project requirements, pushing the boundaries of traditional landscaping.Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and requirements, ensuring designs meet or exceed expectations.Oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.Work with the landscaping team to implement designs accurately and efficiently, providing guidance and support as needed.Select appropriate plants, materials, and hardscapes to enhance the design and sustainability of the landscape.Prepare detailed design plans, including sketches, renderings, and specifications for construction.Ensure all designs comply with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.Stay updated on the latest trends in landscape design and implement innovative techniques and materials in projects.Present design concepts and proposals to clients, explaining design elements and choices.Conduct site visits to ensure the execution of designs meets quality standards and design intent.Qualification:Bilingual Communications (English and Spanish)Ability to work in the Los Angeles Area and travel to San Diego and Lake Arrowhead areaWell versed in 2D and 3D designsWe request that applicants have a portfolio of previous work so that it will be considered in the application processPreferably candidates would have 5+ years of experience working in the fieldCompensation:We offer a competitive salary in combination of a commission based pay as well
