Design Operations Assistant

The Design Operations Assistant is responsible for helping bring our portfolio of underwear & loungewear from ideation to execution. They will assist in creation of tech packs, management of production orders, vendor communication & support, and sample development. They will also work cross functionally to support the design team as needed. This position requires strong communication, cross-functional collaboration and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:Create tech packs based on cad summary pages & share with vendors when necessaryManage production orders and styles in Airtable database.Maintain sample development & communicate with vendors regarding work in progress styles.Create mailing labels for trims/submitsAssist the Design Operation Coordinators and Design team on any other needed tasks
Qualifications:1+ year of relevant experience preferred (internship experience included)Bachelor’s degree preferredStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Office & Excel.Experience in PLM or Airtable is a plusExcellent communication skillsStrong organization and prioritization skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and shift quickly
Annual salary range: $50,000 - $55,000
