Programming Technical Writer

Insight Global is looking for a Programming Technical Writer to support an international oil and gas operator in Greeley, Colorado for a 3 month contract with possible extensions. This individual will be supporting the Electrical & Instrumentation Programming team and will be primarily focused on creating and revamping how-to guides around different programming platforms. Duties include, but are not limited to: - Re-writing the client's current technical how-to guides from Rockwell and ABB TotalFlow - Creating a HMI how-to guide for Pumpers to utilize, which will include a QA/QC portion - Re-writing the client's current "Standards" documents regarding wiring methods, install techniques, etc. This person will be working primarily with the programming team as well as the cyber-security team to get all guides vetted. This is a 3 month contract that has the potential to get extended further depending on performance and client workload. It's a hybrid schedule requiring Tus-Thurs in the Greeley office and Mon-Fri are work from home.
