As our Advertising and Optimization Specialist, you'll play an instrumental role in steering and refining our advertising campaigns, ensuring heightened visibility and sales for our publishers. Armed with a minimum of 3-5 years in online advertising campaigns, you'll delve into campaign management, data analysis, and innovative content strategies, all while collaborating closely with internal teams. Key Responsibilities:Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end advertising campaigns on Amazon (1P/3P), encompassing campaign setup, keyword research, bid management, budget allocation, and ongoing performance tracking.Budget Forecasting: Create and manage advertising budgets, ensuring that funds are allocated efficiently across campaigns and that spending is always aligned with strategic objectives.Optimization Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to enhance campaign and product page performance. This includes refining targeting, bid adjustments, A/B testing, and optimizing product listings to enhance user experience and conversion rates.Enhanced Content Strategies: Collaborate with the business manager to innovate content strategies, going beyond traditional product descriptions. Employ storytelling, emphasize product advantages, and incorporate testimonials to produce content that stands out and converts.Data Analysis: Analyze advertising metrics to deduce trends and insights for improvement. Utilize this data for campaign optimization and to apprise publishers and internal stakeholders of the performance.Performance Reporting: Produce detailed performance reports for publishers, spotlighting key performance metrics, milestones achieved, and potential areas of enhancement.Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to assimilate publisher objectives, and with the business manager to develop captivating content, images, and videos.Platform Expertise: Stay updated with Amazon's advertising platform changes, ensuring that our strategies always align with best practices and new features available.Learning & Development: Continuously upskill by attending industry seminars, webinars, and workshops to stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in Amazon advertising.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce advertising, with a strong focus on Amazon PPC and DSP campaigns.Proven track record of managing and optimizing advertising budgets, delivering measurable ROI, and driving sales growth on Amazon.Proficient in using Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central, with hands-on experience in campaign creation, optimization, and reporting.Strong analytical skills, with expertise in Excel and data analysis tools to interpret campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.Understanding of customer journey and buying behavior on Amazon, with a focus on creating advertising experiences that drive engagement and conversions for our brandsExperience in utilizing customer feedback and reviews to inform advertising strategies and optimize product listingsExcellent communication and collaboration skills.
