Top Architecture firm
that is looking for a
Marketing Coordinator
with experience responding to RFPs / RFIs to join their team. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated and collaborative individual who possesses strong graphic design skills and can support the marketing team in producing aesthetically pleasing marketing collateral.
Responsibilities:• Lead design and production of proposals and qualifications packages—in collaborationwith principals, senior staff, and other marketing team members— to ensure theresponse is comprehensive, competitive, client-specific, and compliant with RFPrequirements.• Schedule and track production of proposals/qualifications packages to meet deadlines.• Coordinate our firm’s response (from kickoff- through development and production),ensuring content is comprehensive, competitive, client-specific, and compliant with RFPrequirements.• Collaborate with project and marketing teams to create direct graphics for projects andpursuits, ensuring brand adherence and consistency, proper file management, etc.• Perform tasks such as coordinating events, public relations efforts, advertisements,materials for trade shows, content for speaking engagements, direct mail campaigns,and award submittals.
Qualifications:• At least 2 years of experience, preferably in the
Architecture / Engineering / Constructionindustry.• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphics, or a related field.• Solid understanding of corporate brand guidelines and the ability to bring a creativeedge to projects while working within the standards.• Advanced proficiency with InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.• Self-starter that works well both independently and with a team.• Collaborative and professional work ethic.
