Our client is seeking a Lead UX Researcher. This role is responsible for leading a team of researchers who will research User Experience based on data-driven products and services across platforms.

Your role is to

Lead, coach and mentor a team of researchers , in this position you will use a variety of methods, techniques and tools to evaluate and strategize plans to recommend research projects and programs.

You will:Work with stakeholders on transformation initiatives to help validate assumptions and test hypothesisWork with stakeholders to develop user experience research plans, collect data and moderate design testing sessions.Identify existing insights that can supplement any new initiative or needIdentify solutions that enable the research team to work more effectivelyArticulate and presents insights to diverse audience from C-suite executives to developersUnderstand and interpret design principles and standards to evaluate effective designStay updated on industry trendsManage the budget and resources for UX research

Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in: Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences, Engineering, Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Information Systems, Interactive Media, or related field.5+ years in a designated research role and experience managing projects.Strong business acumen: ability to understand the needs and concerns of business stakeholdersAbility to conduct analysis on work procedures, business results, and recommends changes to improve the effectiveness of the business's management.Strong Communication skills both written and verbal in in Spanish & English.Excellent report-writing and presentation skills and ability to present numerical data effectivelyStrong quantitative, research and analytical skills.Strong Project Management skillsProficient in MS Office 365.Experience with software platforms, and programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, GitFully Bilingual Spanish/English.
