About Us:Sudor Sauna Studio is Houston's first infrared sauna studio, dedicated to promoting health and wellness in our community. We provide a serene environment where our clients can rejuvenate, detoxify, and achieve their wellness goals.
Position Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in management or team leading, a background in consumer-facing businesses, and a passion for health and wellness. This role offers the opportunity to advance to a Studio Manager position after a successful trial period.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and lead a team of front desk employees.- Meet and exceed studio sales goals.- Track inventory and other studio metrics.- Enforce studio processes and protocols.- Handle customer concerns and ensure exceptional service.
Qualifications:- Proven experience in management or team leading.- Background in a consumer-facing business.- Passion for health and wellness.- Strong interpersonal skills and a firm sense of accountability.- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to work flexible hours.
Compensation and Benefits:- Starting salary of $43,000 per year.- Company laptop provided.- Sales commission.- 2 weeks paid vacation.
