California Closets is looking for creative, enthusiastic sales professionals to join the expansion of our design team in the Miami Dade area. We offer a salaried training program, provide you with leads and make appointments based on your availability and proximity to the client.
As a California Closets Sales and Design Consultant, you will work with clients either in their home or our showroom, providing expert knowledge on organizing every area of their home. Our design consultants use the latest technologies to illustrate and bring 3-D storage designs to life for all areas of the home. They are regional experts who understand local nuances and trends, and provide tailored expertise and personalized solutions based on a client’s style, passions and collections.Design Consultant ResponsibilitiesProvide a luxury experience for California Closets clientele through product expertise and elevated serviceIn-home and virtual sales and consultingMeasuring of client’s closets/home offices/roomsHelping clients design custom storage solutions to fit their specific needsWorking with interior designers, decorators and architectsMeeting and exceeding achievable sales goalsRepresent the California Closets brand through communication, personal appearance and professionalismMonday - Saturday (only a combination of 5 work days)Sales and Design Consultant Qualifications and SkillsSuccessful sales track recordPassionate about design and helping people get organized, detail orientedOutgoing personality, ability to make customers feel comfortableConfident and able to make the saleComputer savvyInterior design/ architecture/ related experience preferredSpanish speaker preferred not requiredWhat We OfferA generous compensation package that includes a paid training program (up to 3 month training period), commission and bonusesCompany provided leads, no cold callingOn-going training and supportA fun, flexible and rewarding careerInitial and ongoing training on products, CRM and proprietary CAD softwareCompany Laptop / CAD software programingMileage reimbursementHealth insurance benefits , flexible schedule
