Responsibilities:Live Streaming Excellence:
Host live sessions on TikTok to showcase fashion products, provide styling tips, and engage with viewers in real-time.Content Creation:
Develop creative concepts for live streams, including planning content, preparing scripts, and organizing product demonstrations.Audience Engagement:
Interact with viewers during live broadcasts, respond to comments and questions, and foster a community atmosphere.Product Promotion:
Effectively promote fashion items, accessories, and trends featured during live sessions to drive sales and increase brand visibility.Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing and e-commerce teams to align live streaming initiatives with overall marketing strategies and product launches.Trend Awareness:
Stay informed about current fashion trends, industry news, and influencer collaborations to maintain relevancy and appeal to the target audience.
Qualifications:Passion for Fashion:
Deep interest and knowledge of fashion trends, styles, and brands.Social Media Savvy:
Proficiency in using TikTok and other social media platforms, with a strong understanding of live streaming best practices.Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills to engage and connect with a diverse audience.Creativity:
Ability to develop innovative and engaging content ideas that resonate with fashion enthusiasts.Adaptability:
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to evolving trends and viewer preferences.Team Collaboration:
Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and e-commerce specialists.
Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in fashion, marketing, communications, or related field preferred.Previous experience as a live stream host, social media influencer, or in fashion retail is a plus.Demonstrated success in engaging audiences and driving results through social media platforms.
Salary:Primary carousel host: hourly fixed fee + commission (30/hour + 1-2%)Full-time host: full-time bi-weekly salary + commission (around 4k+/month + 1-2%, based on your experience and performance)
