About the RoleAs a Mini Episodes Editor, you will be responsible for creating and editing episodes for our app DramaBox to support our growing team projects across the US and China. An ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in marketing creative teams or short video editing, with a strong understanding of social media platforms, mini series.
Responsibilities:Ability to edit mini episodes for the DramaBox app and create promotional adsReview any flaws and provide feedback on rough-cut videosContinuously improve video content based on feedback from the production teamWork effectively and collaboratively with teams across various time zonesEnsure timely and consistent communicationEnsure quality and consistency across projects in line with brand guidelinesAble and willing to work from our office in Los Angeles, CA, four days a week
Qualifications:Experience in mini episodes editing and proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, and Davinci (plus).Ability to follow instructions and independently solve problems or work collaboratively to meet goals and deadlines while maintaining high quality.Must be detail-oriented and strive for perfection. Proficiency in Mandarin (verbal and written).Strong creative thinker and proactive in seeking out new solutions to challenges.Must be familiar with social media platforms including but not limited to: YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok Must have a knack for pairing music with storytelling. Perform other duties as required Startup experience is an asset.
