Role DescriptionWe are seeking a talented and visionary Product Designer to join our team. This full-time, on-site role in our San Francisco office is crucial in shaping the future of our AI-native product. As a Product Designer, you will lead visual design, design thinking, and user experience research. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including AI researchers, engineers, and product managers, to craft user-centric solutions that are both innovative and intuitive. If you are tired of all the AI chatbots, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:Lead visual and product design initiatives to create compelling AI solutions.Conduct in-depth user research and UX studies to inform design decisions and ensure alignment with user needs.Apply design thinking principles to solve complex problems and create meaningful, human-centered design solutions.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into actionable design features.Prototype and iterate designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices to continuously refine and enhance product designs.
QualificationsStrong skills in visual design and product design, with a portfolio showcasing user-centric designs.Experience in design thinking, user research, and UX research methodologies.Demonstrated ability to solve complex design problems with innovative, user-friendly solutions.Proficiency in industry-standard design tools and software.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.A passion for creating reliable, ethical, and human-centered AI solutions.
