Seeking a Social Media (TikTok) Assistant Director to work for an amazing Jewish non-profit!
Position Responsibilities:Execute launch of the TikTok accountDevelop a TikTok strategy in close collaboration with other members of the social mediaCreate and curate steady and engaging TikTok content, including captions, videos, and hashtagsClosely follow relevant news and trending social media topics and develop non-profits responseDevelop content calendar for TikTok, ensuring consistent posting scheduleCoordinate with relevant non-profit points making content on key messagesStay informed about TikTok algorithm updates and best practicesBuild relationships with TikTok content creators and influencers and explore partnership opportunitiesManage user interactions on TikTok
Qualifications:Three to five years’ work experience in the field of social media video creation;Bachelor's degree.Grasp of current events, particularly as they affect the Jewish people and Israel;Flexible work style with the ability to work late and on weekends.
Must be VERY knowledgeable and up to date on Israel news
