As the Digital Media Coordinator, your core responsibility is to manage both internal and external communications, with a focus on marketing. This involves creating, curating, and overseeing digital content and campaigns across various platforms. Your goal is to boost engagement, enhance brand visibility, and drive traffic to the company's website.

Responsibilities:Develop, curate, and oversee digital content and campaigns across social media platforms to increase engagement, raise brand awareness, and drive website traffic. This includes creating graphics, images, videos, and written content.Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and strategies to ensure effective communication.Engage promptly with comments, messages, and reviews on social media channels, while monitoring public conversations.Craft unique copy tailored for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, and websites.Maintain awareness of emerging social media trends and adapt content strategies accordingly for each platform.Analyze optimal publishing times and days for maximum impact.Collaborate with brand partners to select media and develop compelling messaging.Manage a social media calendar and reporting dashboard, providing regular engagement and performance reports.

Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in social media or marketing communications, including content creation and audience targeting.Proficiency in design, photo editing, video production, and infographic creation.Familiarity with Microsoft 365 suite, particularly PowerPoint.Ability to create graphics using Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design software.Proficiency in quick video editing and motion graphics using software like Aftereffects and Adobe Premiere Pro.Experience with email marketing platforms such as CVENT, Mailchimp, or Constant Contact is advantageous.Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to manage both organic and paid campaigns.Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite or Sprout Social.Understanding of setting, tracking, analyzing, and reporting social media KPIs.
