We’re a small (but mighty) B2B tech creative agency based in San Francisco and Stockholm. Our niche is to transform companies into brave brands and we work with our clients on a range of creative services including brand strategy and development, website development, event marketing, outdoor advertising, and much more. Our team is tight-knit and we love what we do. We like to do great work but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Concept, design and develop creative for client projects including branding, campaigns, websites, banners, motion/video and and see through to executionManage, understand and design for on-brand creative extensions, develop client brand guidelines, UI style guides, brand assetsDeliver clean, technical and accurate print pre-press production files and optimized digital production files and presentationsDevelop print (Collateral) and digital Mockups (Booths, 3-D objects, prototyping)Bring strategic thinking to the execution of all creativeContinually strive to progress your design and production skills, and understanding alongside the projects you work onOptimize and prioritize efficient workflows within the Sköna Creative Process to deliver projects on time.Effectively present work to clients and teams
Skills & Qualifications
4+ years of proven experience in design, with a portfolio that showcases a breadth of digital and print deliverables that drive business resultsExpert proficiency in Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Figma, Google Suite, MS OfficeExcellent proficiency in print and digital productionHighly developed interpersonal skills that works well with a multidisciplinary teamPassionate about the field of design, and up-to-date with new production tools and design trendsExperience in web design/UI is preferredMotion experience (After Effects, Premiere), Web motion/prototyping (Principle, SVGator), 3D-modeling (Cinema 4-D) is a plusCreative problem solver and can-do attitudeB2B experience and agency experience both a plusOrganizational and time-management skills to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
