An award-winning, fully integrated architecture and interior design practice is seeking a Senior Associate to be based in Dallas. The ideal candidate would have experience and interest in projects at various scales and typologies, as well as proven success developing and mentoring team members.What You'll Do:Design projects of various sizes, from intimate to expansiveTranslate design visions into clear construction documents for both interiors and exteriorsManage client relationships, building trust and exceeding expectationsCoordinate and lead project teams, including multiple consultantsOversee construction document & specification creation and administrationLead construction administration, ensuring projects meet design intentProvide technical leadership for diverse projects, hospitality experience a plusReview invoices for accuracy and ensure alignment with project budgetsWho You Are:A leader with a positive attitude and a proven track record of team successPassionate about mentoring and coaching junior staff, fostering their developmentPossess a deep understanding of architectural practice across all phasesDemonstrated design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and functionalityA technical problem solver with a creative approach to challenges
