As a Business Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by prospecting new clients, nurturing relationships, and closing deals. Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media platforms.Client Relationship Management:

Built and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, goals and challenges to effectively position our marketing solutions.Consultative Selling:

Conduct thorough needs assessments and present tailored marketing proposals to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our services.Sales Pipeline Management:

Manage and track leads int he CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up, accurate forecasting, and effective pipeline management.Negotiation and Closing:

Lead negotiation efforts, addressing client objections, and securing profitable contracts that align with both client expectations and company goals.Collaboration and Coordination:

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, strategists, designers, and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.Market Research and Analysis:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.Reporting and Performance Analysis:

Prepare regular sales reports, analyze key performance metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous sales improvement.QUALIFICATIONS
