The
Consultant, Proposal Management Solutions
prepares our winning client-facing proposals for AMN by resolving the response approach, collecting and formatting relevant information, writing and reviewing drafts and acquiring required approvals for successful submissions.
Job Responsibilities
Facilitates proposal development life cycle from receipt of Request For Proposal through final submission.Develops proposals by assembling information, coordinating with subject matter authorities, and writing content.Resolves and coordinates proposal outline and schedule to meet proposal deadline.Collects and prepares Request For Proposal questions to be submitted to the client.Conducts proposal kickoff meetings with internal collaborators to review proposal timelines, landmarks, and responsibilities to meet the bid deadline.Prepares and partners with marketing to complete required supporting documentation, graphics, and tables.Responsible for substantive editing, graphics text integration, and proposal graphics.Prepares and handles draft cycle reviews for sales and executive leadership.Maintain assigned sections of the Library within proposal technology.Complete required forms and acquire required signatures using DocuSign.Qualifications
Education & Years of Experience
Associate's Degree plus 2-5 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 4-7 years of work experienceAdditional Experience
Experience in a fast-paced environment2-5 years of experience with formal bid writing and managementWork Environment / Physical Requirements
Work is performed in an office/home office environment.Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Pay Rate$61,500 - $73,000 SalaryFinal pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
