In this role, you will be responsible for executing strategic marketing plans that drive the growth and adoption of our various products and services. This role will have proven experience in product marketing, with a strong grasp of channel marketing, excellent communication and analytical skills, and a passion for developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.Essential Job Functions:Work closely with head of product marketing, as well as business and sales teams to define, develop, and execute marketing strategies for residential and commercial real estate solutionsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to execute digital, social and traditional marketing tactics in support of prioritized growth opportunitiesWork with head of product marketing and Content lead to create engaging external content including videos, case studies, articles, guides, white papers that promote our business solutions and teamsDevelop and build out email nurture campaigns for prioritized growth areasTrack and measure the effectiveness and impact of all marketing activities (email, paid media, social, events, etc.), partnering with Head of Product Marketing to present monthly reporting to business line partners, sales leaders, and Head of MarketingUpdate existing /create new business development materials and sales collateral (overview decks, one pagers, RFPs) as neededPartner with operation and Salesforce admins to maintain audience/contact lists for all lines of businessSupport events/conferences with communications (email and social), materials and logisticsPartner with Digital lead to ensure website is updated with accurate information, stats and new content relative to business linePartner with Social lead to ensure key business lines are represented consistently on social mediaSupport paid media execution, working with media and creative agencies as well as publishers as neededSuch other activities as may be assigned by your managerQualifications/ Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience3+ years’ experience in Marketing (experience in B2B, real estate finance or financial technology preferred)Experience working in real estate, finance, and/or the mortgage industry is a plus.Experience with CRM platforms such as HubspotExperience with content creation and campaign management.Impeccable writing skills and storytelling, with ability to simplify complex informationAbility to work collaboratively across many teams to achieve a common goalExcited by generating and adopting new ways of workingInnovative self-starter, not afraid to take risksOrganization skills, able to create & maintain project plansAn eye for design and ability to create consistent visual brand identityNote: This job description is not intended to be all inclusive or exclusive. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies.
