Marketing Production Specialist

We are currently searching for a creative and intermediately experienced individual with excellent communication, organization and mutli-tasking skills to join our team as a Production Specialist.

What You'll Do:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Please note that the duties below can vary based on the workflow of your local office.

• Production of digital and print benefits guides, presentations, and micro websites for enrollment.
• Production of other benefits enrollment communication or education materials as needed/requested.
• Work closely with the Director of Marketing and Marketing Production Team Lead regarding enrollment production, processes/workflow, and asset/template designs.
• Verifying client data received from the Client Services team, proofing, and editing of all materials produced.
• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the departments activities, including but not limited to email and request management, and production tracking.
• Prepare, complete, proof, edit, and/or deliver incoming requests as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:

Qualifications:

• Two or four -year degree in Graphic Design, Business or Graphic Communication
• Proficiency with Microsoft suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
• Knowledge and experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)
• Knowledge and experience using WordPress, or similar CMS-based website publisher, to build micro websites and landing/subpages
• Excellent grammar, writing and editing skills with high attention to detail
• Effective communicator across multiple channels/mediums
• Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
• Excellent project planning, tracking and organization skills
