Come as you are, be yourself, and let's grow together.What You'll Do:As the VP, Growth Marketing, you will drive the demand generation strategy to acquire new customers and grow existing accounts. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you’ll have high visibility with LogicMonitor leadership and play a critical role in shaping our growth.You will own integrated marketing campaigns—covering content, digital marketing, SEO, account-based marketing, email, social media, and our website. Your goal: generate qualified leads and build a strong pipeline globally.Here's a closer look at this key role:

Demand Generation:Lead demand generation initiatives to drive qualified leads and meet revenue targets through integrated campaigns, digital marketing, account-based marketing, content, SEO, social media, email, webinars, and the company website.Develop and execute the website strategy, ensuring a high-converting, visually engaging site in collaboration with Marketing, Web Engineering, and other stakeholders.Build and manage a high-performing global demand generation team to drive pipeline growth, new customer acquisition, and cross-sell/upsell opportunities.Own the marketing pipeline targets, working with the marketing team to define growth plans, channel strategies, and analytics for new logos and expansion.Oversee digital channels including SEM, paid social, webinars, sponsorships, SEO, and integrated campaigns. Align campaigns with regional needs and sales targets.Develop an outbound and account-based marketing strategy aligned with sales objectives for new and existing customers.Foster a culture of continuous testing and optimization to enhance channel performance and ROI.Ensure alignment among marketing, sales, and go-to-market teams for collective success.Collaborate with Marketing Operations and IT to select and implement Marketing Technology, including AI, intent-based tools, and analytics for data-driven decision-making.Coordinate with Brand, Communications, Field/Partner, Global Event, and Product Marketing teams to deliver integrated and cohesive campaigns and programs.Cross-Functional Marketing Leadership:Lead and grow the marketing team, guiding them to prioritize strategically and stay accountable for outcomes.Collaborate across Marketing and company leadership to ensure a positive and cohesive experience for prospects, customers, and partners.Manage Growth (Demand Generation) marketing investments, budgets, and ROI optimization in partnership with the CMO.Oversee agencies, vendors, and contractors to ensure effective delivery and outcomes of outsourced programs.Regularly present updates and performance insights to stakeholders, including the CEO, Executive Leadership, and the Board of Directors.What You'll Need:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.15+ years of marketing experience in demand generation, digital, ABM, social media, and web marketing, with a focus on B2B software and technology companies.Experience in high-growth environments and scaling operations in mid to large businesses.Proven track record of attracting, developing, and leading high-performing, global teams.Ability to influence and collaborate across the organization, including with executive leadership.Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information to executive management and stakeholders.Ability to team with Sales and GTM teams is essential.Strategic thinker with experience executing regionally across multiple markets in both direct and indirect GTM models.Demonstrated success in driving demand generation and pipeline growth.In-depth knowledge of inside sales processes, strategies, and best practices.Hands-on leadership balancing strategic vision with operational execution.Strong experience with marketing technology, operations, and platforms, including CRM, ABM, sales automation, ad tech, and engagement tools.Experience leading web development teams/agencies and working with web technologies like WordPress.Proven ability to build a data-driven marketing team and manage significant budgets.
