The Retail Design Manager will create the vision and own the development process and implementation of net-new customer experiences while also performing continuous improvement on existing experiences within our various store formats and promotional activations.Reporting directly to the CEO, you will manage all new projects, develop briefs, and most critically - visualize fixtures and environments which promote connection and elevate the Customer Experience.You will have a unique opportunity to bring new and exciting concepts to life and make a significant impact on our brand, in close collaboration with partners from Merchandising, Marketing, Store Design, Creative, Operations and Inventory Purchasing.Lead the Visual Merchandising Concept Development process by ushering new initiatives from ideation to final concept.Projects may include - but are not limited to - retail fixtures, displays, marketing and wayfinding concepts and retail environments.Formalize and manage the procedure through which projects transition from concept to engineering and implementation (project handoff), better preparing peer teams for seamless integration.Oversee day to day requests for designs, drawings, and renderings using industry standard software.Leverage fabrication experience to design fixtures that easily translate from engineering to production.Research industry design trends to inform and develop new fixture concepts to maximize the in-store displays and experience.Develop library of materials, photos, and Customer Experiences which can be leveraged to drive forward-thinking STOF designs.Benefits
