As Marketing Coordinator, you will play a critical role within our growing revenue team, reporting directly to the Director of Marketing. You will focus on event planning and social media, while providing general support for our sales and marketing teams. We envision this as a growth role, with the opportunity to be part of a fast-growing team in a fast-growing company looking to supercharge our marketing efforts across product, acquisition and customer satisfaction.You’ll work closely with our sales team, especially around conferences and owned events. You’ll help us develop creative campaigns that use every tool in the box, from content and design to digital ads and direct mail. You’ll use content and design to bring campaigns to life, as well as tracking the performance of your campaigns against individual and team goals.Role Responsibilities:

Plan and execute industry and owned eventsWork closely with sales, marketing and customer satisfaction teams to bring campaign ideas to lifeCreate, manage and track account-based marketing campaignsCoordinate with global teams to develop creative campaign ideas utilizing tools like email, direct mail, digital advertising, content, and eventsWork closely with sales to track campaign performance across metrics like open rates, conversion-to-walkthrough and conversion-to-customerFollow best practices in campaigns, including A/B testing, to achieve optimal resultsQualifications:

1-3 years of experience in a marketing role OR a recent marketing or marketing-related degreeA creative mindset: you want to come up with incredibly creative ways to market our product and execute campaignsStrong attention to detail: you’re able to keep tabs on multiple projects at onceDriven by data and experimentation: you understand how to analyze data to optimize campaigns and improve results, including interpreting and analyzing data from multiple sourcesExceptional organizational skills as well as verbal and written communication skillsYou have a positive attitude, and you’re friendly and fun to work withBonus Qualifications:

Understanding of the goals and processes at B2B technology companiesExperience using marketing tools (e.g. Salesforce, Mailchimp, Google Analytics)Understanding of graphic design and layout, or sufficient knowledge to manage an external vendorUnderstanding of content marketing, lead nurturing and retargeting strategiesUnderstanding of paid search, email and content marketing strategies and tacticsStartup experience: comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentsTop reasons to work with us:
