Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is passionate about the user, visual design, and bringing research to actionYou understand technical constraints and can creatively problem solve2+ years of experience in a UX/UI Design role dealing with consumer or B2B-facing websites, apps, software and/or mobile experiencesStrong visual design aesthetic and experience in designing in an agile environmentFamiliarity in designing for contemporary web applications across multiple screen sizesProficient with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma in a mac environmentExperience in building comprehensive & interactive prototypes in FigmaExceptional UI design, including but not limited to, concepts, prototypesDeep understanding of data visualizationAbility to work with large data sets and how they map to UI outputsExperience creating sitemaps, wireframes, and customer journeysDesire to be part of a team that values great design and high-quality workAbility to recognize UX/UI issues and propose solutionsSolid understanding of user-centered design principles and practicesClear passion about G2 portfolio and ability to identify possibilities in our industryAbility to understand business objectives and stakeholder needs and translate them into solutionsOrganized with high attention to detailCompetent in UX Research methods to test & validate designs including concept and usability testingResponsibilities

You will help by designing a portion of the G2 product through visual design and usabilityYou will work with product managers, marketers, engineers, analysts and SEO to drive the planning, testing and delivery of new features, executing on the product roadmapDesign Process: You will create low and high fidelity wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to validate new product and feature ideasYou will participate in improving the design process and contribute to a consistent and effective design system to drive a cohesive product portfolio experienceCommunication: You are able to clearly communicate to technical and non-technical teams the impact of the research to drive the greatest impact within internal team stakeholders, and partnersYou will support customer and prospect discovery sessions, as neededYou will coordinate with the product squad to establish design priorities to drive the most impactful business resultsAnalytics and Testing: You will help set up both quantitative and qualitative tests and distill results into actionable plans for development initiativesYou are able to work across your squad and other design team members to build alignment with the work you are executingBenefits
