will collaborate with Government stakeholders to manage and develop grant performance management content for a Government SharePoint site. They use associated Federal laws and the Office of Management Budget (OMB) regulations related to programmatic performance management activities to include, OJP performance management documents, GPRA-MA 2010, OMB Circular A-11, Part 6, 2 CFR 200.202 - Program Planning and Design, the OMB PM Playbook, and performance management best practices concepts. They have at least

2 years of experience

creating, managing, and publishing SharePoint Content and a

thorough

knowledge of Federal grants performance measures.Hybrid Work Environment:

Arc Aspicio is currently operating in a hybrid work environment where employees work at client sites, the Arc Aspicio DC office, and remotely. Candidates must live in the Washington, DC area on their start date, ready to work with their team.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with stakeholders and create compelling content for Federal government grant management SharePoint sitesApply knowledge of Federal Government performance management best practices to create, edit, and publish performance management webpages to the SharePoint siteSupport multiple workstreams, lead and support deliverables, and promote continuous improvementSupport consulting projects in a dynamic environment, collaborating with team members and clients on fast-paced projects and providing outstanding deliverablesApply business analysis, process improvement, data analysis, and communications skills to quickly identify problems, analyze challenges, and recommend solutions to our team and our clientsDevelop consulting skills and help grow the company outside of your project by participating in new business and strategic initiativesContribute towards our learning culture by demonstrating interest in supervising and supporting the growth of othersTake advantage of company opportunities to develop leadership and consulting skills and thrive in a fast growth environmentRequired Qualifications2 years of experience in developing and managing digital content on SharePointKnowledge of Federal performance management processesAbility to create, edit, and publish to a SharePoint webpageAbility to collaborate and work effectively remotely and in-personTechnologically savvy, especially with Microsoft products and use of collaboration toolsDesire to join a consulting firm and learn business concepts; loves to collaborate and reach out to get involved in company events, offerings, and special projectsClearance:

US Citizenship only (no dual citizenship) / ability to obtain a security clearanceEducation:
