Implements vision and direction for the Production department provided by the Living Faith Church visionary team. Provides pastoral care to any person at LFC.
II. Experience and Knowledge Required:
BA in Music Production preferred but not required
Previous Production experience required
Minimum 5 years experience in Live Audio
Minimum 5 years experience in Live Video Broadcast
Minimum 5 years experience in Concert Lighting Design
Ability to communicate effectively
Experience in problem-solving
Ability to handle multiple projects effectively
Attention to detail
Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
Experience with MS Office 365
Experience in leading teams
Experience in project management
Experience with Pro-presenter
Experience with large format digital consoles preferred
III. Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Works closely with Executive Pastor to direct and implement the vision and culture through innovative strategy
Maintain culture through communication and creative development
Works closely with Executive Pastor to build and develop a Production team – adult and student
Works on proposed yearly production budget
Facilitates special events at LFC and provides excellent tech support
Is primary communicator, scheduler and overseer to all production teams
Works closely with other LFC departments
Responsible for building and maintaining all LFC Production equipment on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Sunday Responsibilities:
Present at pastoral and Dream team prayer
Assist Lead Pastor with service vision and culture
Available to assist in service / events flow
Create a high-touch environment (love, encourage, welcome people)
Provide excellent and timely support to any guest speaker with visual, and audio presentation
