We are seeking an experienced Senior Principal Product Marketing Manager to drive the success of our product portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive product adoption, revenue growth, and market share gains. You will develop competitive analysis and positioning that enable our GTM team to maximize effectiveness. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer success, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing marketing initiatives.
What you’ll be doing:
Develop global product marketing content, analysis, and go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.
Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing marketing initiatives.
Create and manage global marketing collateral, including product datasheets, case studies, and sales presentations.
Develop and maintain relationships with key industry influencers.
Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
Communicate product marketing plans and results to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert in product marketing.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in product marketing processes and methodologies.
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years of product marketing experience in the technology industry.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with technical aptitude to simplify and communicate technology products to non-technical customers.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience developing and executing successful global product launches and marketing campaigns.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passion for technology and innovation.
Proven ability to act as a thought leader and subject matter expert in product marketing.
Comfortable working with the ambiguity and agility common in startups.
