IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to implement email campaigns for several products including Education.com, Vocabulary.com, Dictionary.com and ABCya.

Using email best practices and implementing A/B testing, you will optimize engagement and conversions while creating the best possible user experience.
The ideal candidate is efficient, proactive, organized, a creative thinker with analytical skills and an attention to detail, an excellent communicator, and has experience using email marketing to drive engagement and revenue.
This is a full-time position in our San Mateo, CA headquarters office.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGProject-manage all steps of email production, from design and copy, coding and QA, to list segmentation and sendBuild email campaigns from end-to-end in Salesforce Marketing CloudSet up A/B tests, monitor analytics, and produce reports to track and optimize campaign performanceEnsure the success of email execution by conducting thorough QA of all email elementsReport results and learnings within the team and to business stakeholdersSuggest ideas to continuously improve our email marketing programs and processes, including campaign development, email design, production, and more
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR2+ years of email marketing experience, preferably in consumer marketingAt least 1 year of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience building one-off emails and journeysBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. BA/BS degree requiredBasic understanding of HTML/CSS and/or SQL is a plusExperience with project management tools such as Jira is a plusOrganized and proactive, pays attention to detail, and can manage simultaneous projectsA creative thinker with strong analytical skillsAn enthusiastic team player with exceptional communication skillsA strong understanding of email best practices
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The base salary range for this full-time position is $70,000 to $75,000 + benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
