Our client, an innovative children's CPG product, is seeking a
Contract/Freelance Associate Creative Director (ACD) Copywriter
to join their award-winning Brand Design team. This temporary position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the creative strategy and overall brand voice across multiple channels.
This role is hybrid in Los Angeles, CA. It is 3 months in duration, with chance to extend.A strong digital portfolio is required.You must have CPG brand experience to be considered --- they are not interested in advertising agency copywriters.Hourly Rate: $60 - $70.
Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Creative Director to develop innovative concepts and directions for campaigns, executions, and positioningCraft compelling copy for various touchpoints, including digital media, physical consumer experiences, product naming and packaging, PR efforts, and internal projectsWork closely with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels and develop on-strategy branding and messagingTranslate creative briefs into engaging and effective copy conceptsThe ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, preferably with a focus on English or Journalism, and a minimum of 8 years of experience in an advertising or in-house creative
Skills and Qualifications:Mastery of written communication, both short- and long-formProven creative ability and the capacity to present and sell creative ideasStrategic thinking with exceptional problem-solving skillsSolid understanding of marketing and advertising principlesAbility to thrive in a collaborative team environment
