IN A NUTSHELLThe Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in the execution of our creative projects. This position requires a versatile skillset with the ability to manage multiple mediums including graphic design, packaging design, in-store displays and other print executions, social media content, web design, and more. The ideal candidate will be a creative expert who thrives in a fast-paced environment, working closely with our marketing and product teams to ensure brand consistency and innovation across all touchpoints.THE DEETSDigital Design:

EXPERIENCE:Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the CPG industry.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).Strong understanding of web design principles and experience with HTML/CSS.Proven experience in packaging design and in-store display creation.Ability to create engaging social media content and familiarity with social media platforms.Excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for design.Experience leading complicated, cross-functional workstreams with a collaborative and effective approachHighly organized with a track record of success in fast-paced environments
