We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to manage customer service and fulfillment for our e-commerce customers.

As a key member of our team, you will ensure our customers receive exceptional service, foster a positive shopping experience, and maintain our brand’s reputation in the fashion and clothing industry. This is a dynamic position where tasks and responsibilities can change daily as priorities shift depending on company and customer needs.We are looking for a reliable professional with excellent organizational skills, who has great attention to detail and a business sense.

Key Customer Service Responsibilities :Ensure all customers are responded to dailyMonitor email and phone daily, handling regular and escalated customer inquiries and resolving issuesDevelop and implement customer service policies and procedures.Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.Monitor and report on customer service metrics and performance.Continuously seek opportunities to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.Compose professionally written emails

Key Order Fulfillment Responsibilities:Responsible for overseeing all aspects of receiving, organizing, and shipping of orders, managing inventory levels, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.Excellent organization, and communication skills.Continuous improvement: Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to improve efficiency, productivity, and qualityLogistics: Coordinating with managers to ensure timely delivery of goods and maintaining accurate records of shipments and receipts.Assist in the shipping and fulfillment of sales and marketing materials and samples to retailers and partners.

Qualifications :Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in e-commerce.Strong leadership and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.Proficiency with customer service software and tools.Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Nice To Haves:Previous experience working with ERPs such as Apparel Magic, Netsuite, etc.Familiarity with Shopify, Shipstation, SlackPrevious experience working in retail
