The Role at a glance:

We are looking for a Director of Marketing to support our (Segment) and work in a remote capacity. As the Director of Marketing for (Brand), you support our operations team developing engagement, communication and branding strategies to elevate the consumer experience primarily for our (fill in divisions) divisions within (Brand). You evaluate key client marketing plans/materials relative to effectiveness, ROI, and provide recommendations for improved efficiencies/changes.

Serve as liaison between Elior North America and (Brand) to ensure strategic alignment in marketing communications and collateral.

Assist business unit(s)/segment(s) and leadership with growth & account retention efforts.

Position is remote based with preference that you located in the metro (Recruiter to provide region).

What you'll be doing:

Support our operations teams by helping to create the consumer experience, retention, and growth opportunities.

Evaluate key client marketing plans/materials relative to effectiveness and/or ROI and provide recommendations for improved efficiencies/changes and guest satisfaction/engagement.

Contribute to the new site opening process by leading the marketing and communication plan of the implementation process and providing thought leadership over the consumer experience elements.

Measuring and tracking marketing initiatives, programs and promotions executed in field.

Partner with the creative team supporting development of marketing collateral. These include calendars, menus, digital signage, newsletters, presentations, case studies, presentations, in-unit brands, concepts and programs, and other communications.

Serve as liaison between Business Development team and Creative Team to foster positive and effective proposals, presentations, and branded materials.

Partner with operations to successfully open new accounts with the appropriate marketing plan, collateral, signage, promotional calendar, surveys/comment cards and support.

Support tradeshows with marketing specific content, contribute to display development and event planning.

Collaborate with other Marketing Directors across Elior North America to develop and execute marketing and merchandising tools that promote customer and client satisfaction, increase revenue, and improve profitability.

Review changes to the marketplace and industry, serve as thought leader applying learnings to marketing plan(s) accordingly.

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

Minimum of 3-5 years’ work in a field marketing,

Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Bachelor's Degree (Marketing or related field) or equivalent work experience.

Must be able to travel 50% - 70.

Ability to think strategically and operate autonomously.

Ability to multi-task managing competing demands and deadlines.

Nice-to-haves:

Adobe Creative Suite experience

Experience in food service or related industry.
