The Role:EF Educational Tours and Explore America seeks an experienced and results-driven Director of Change Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary qualifications to effectively lead change initiatives, as well as the personal skills required to be an effective leader and communicator. This position will be responsible for developing and implementing the change management strategy for our company, including consulting and driving organizational change.

The Director of Change Management and Communication will have ownership of our change management and communication strategy across a globally diverse team of over 1,000 employees. This role will also be responsible for elevating the engagement and skillset of the organization as we embark on an ambitious modernization and transformation journey, working closely with cross-functional senior leaders and stakeholders to develop and scale best practices. The ideal candidate has demonstrated success leading a diverse organization to achieve meaningful business results, extensive experience managing change and guiding organizations through transformation, and a passion for strategic vision-setting and execution.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy for the organization.

Provide consulting and oversight to ensure organizational change is effectively managed across multiple departments.

Identify and assess the scope of change initiatives and develop plans accordingly.

Monitor and evaluate the progress and success of change management initiatives.

Evaluate existing communication processes across the organization and develop a comprehensive strategy for driving high levels of employee engagement through frequent, effective touchpoints and tactics.

Build a strong network of trusted relationships across a geographically diverse organization, leveraging exceptional collaborative skills to get the job done.

Who You Are:

At least 5-10 years of experience in the Change Management field, including experience with change management methodology, tools, and techniques.

Experience guiding or supporting an organization through modernization/transformation.

Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and drive change across different levels of an organization.

Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

Highly detail-oriented and organized with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
