The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.New York, New YorkWe are looking to hire a Director, Analytics (Audience Strategy) for Team OpenX, serving The Coca-Cola Company. Director, Data Strategy will report to the Group Director of Data Strategy. The Data Strategy team operates under a “homeroom and classroom” structure.The "homeroom" refers to the broader team, which manages portfolio-level responsibilities. This includes overseeing strategic data initiatives, consulting on Joint Business Partner for data opportunities, creating and promoting best practices and data standardizations, supporting OpenX departments with data-related measurement and implementations, and evaluating data vendors and technologies.The "classroom" represents your dedicated category/brands. You will collaborate with the Associate Director and Manager of Data Strategy to support specific categories/brands from a data perspective. Key responsibilities include serving as the primary client contact for all data-related inquiries for your brands and working with cross-department stakeholders to deliver data-driven paid media campaigns and solutions.Your Impact:Educate TCCC E2E (media clients) and local agency teams on 1P data availability and use cases.Evaluate data partners and/or data opportunities to fill in brand 1P data gaps.Work with the Group Director of Data Strategy on evaluating data testing opportunities (e.g. Clean Rooms, JBP data options etc.).Support Digital teams from a data perspective, industry updates, key client communications, best practices.Support direct reports as they work with Digital teams to create paid media audience strategies that support the campaign’s overall strategic approach and key objectives across applicable channels (targeting/suppression requirements, segment creation, segment syndication, segment sizing across platforms etc.).Identify data use case studies that can be used to socialize success and/or standardize data usage across the account’s portfolio.Support broader Data & Analytics (Advanced Analytics, Measurement & Insights, Data Strategy and Reporting & Data Visualization) as the paid media data subject matter expert.Your Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent work experience in digital advertising industry (8+ years).Knowledgeable about digital data technologies and partners (clear understanding of how data is used for paid media marketing, data clean rooms, identity solutions etc.).Looking for an extremely collaborative role across the agency and account clients.Strong speaking and written professional communication skills.High sense of accountability and ownership.Want to work on a smart, really-chill, and supportive team.Life at GroupM:Our passion for shaping the next era of media includes investing in our employees to help them do their best work, and we’re just as committed to employee growth as we are to responsible media investment. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
