Partners with product and business lead to shape product strategy by developing user expertise and owning competitive insights.Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.User Acquisition: Lead efforts in acquiring new users through various channels including product marketing, on campus marketing (especially with community colleges and state universities), social media, content marketing, SEO, SEM and more.Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, optimizing for effectiveness and efficiency.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product, design, and content teams to ensure a cohesive user experience and brand messaging.Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to understand user behavior and preferences, driving informed marketing decisions.Community Engagement: Engage with our user community to foster loyalty and advocacy, integrating feedback into marketing strategies.Market Research: Stay abreast of market trends and competitor strategies to identify new growth opportunities.Qualifications

3-5 years of consumer product marketing experience.Previous experience marketing large-scale direct to consumer products.Prior experience in targeting marketing efforts towards students, particularly those enrolled in community colleges and public universities.Deep expertise in end-to-end product marketing, including both inbound and outbound capabilities, driving strategy development, and cross-functional execution.Track record of driving adoption of new ideas and concepts, and pioneering new approaches within their team or company.Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong entrepreneurial drive.Enthusiasm for a fast-growing, fast changing environment.ByteDance is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
