The Sales and Marketing director is responsible for the management and oversight of the organization’s Sales and Marketing functions. Primary areas of focus include leading sales team, sales process, customer experience, strategy and marketing support.WHY Hidden Creek Landscaping?Our culture is open, friendly, and fun. We are searching for the right person to help us manage and inspire the overall sales and marketing function.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESSales Team Management:

Leads, manages, and holds sales managers and the entire sales team accountable for daily, weekly, monthly yearly goals, scorecards, and key performance indicators. Ensures leadership team and key players are informed on progress of goals.Sales Process Ownership:

Owns sales process and funnel from start to finish including leads, estimates, contracts, follow-up, billing, and close-out and ensures it is followed by all. Partners with sales managers to ensure all team has appropriate tools, processes, training coaching and support to be successful.Customer Experience:

Owns end-to-end customer experience. Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers to better understand their experience and needs.Sales Strategy:

Develops and implements sales plans to increase the company’s profit and motivates the employees to hit their sales goal. Responsible for leading the entire sales department and working with leadership to develop sales strategies that the Sales Manager and their team must follow.Marketing:

Key contributor to developing and executing Hidden Creek marketing strategy to ensure active pipeline of sales leads are available to meet and exceed hidden creek sales and profit goals. Utilizes awards, social media, photography, surveys, and marketing materials. Executes vision for website updates, logos (e.g., trucks, trailers, signage), and photoshoots.SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONSStrong communicator and skilled financial analyst.Excellent leadership skills, including strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.High degree of change-agility, professionalism, accuracy and attention to detail.Deadline-driven with excellent time management ability.Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain and increase industry knowledge. Superior presentation and public speaking skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
