The Music Director should, therefore, possess a genuine love for Christ and a love for leading the church in the worship of God and be in full agreement with our beliefs and practices.As a Music Director, you will be responsible for selecting and arranging musical pieces for worship service and other worship events, conducting rehearsals, and leading the Praise Team. You will collaborate with the worship team to ensure cohesive and high-quality God-honoring worship. Other duties include managing the seasonal choir, providing music for funerals and weddings (schedule permitting), and special events.To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience as a Music or Worship Director or have served in a similar role. You should have a strong knowledge of music, the ability to mentor others, build teams and possess excellent communication skills.Join our team as a Music Director and contribute your calling and expertise to create immersive, Godly worship experiences for our congregation.Compensation:This is a part-time position; the time commitment is approximately 10 hours weekly.
