Hit Apply below to send your application for consideration Ensure that your CV is up to date, and that you have read the job specs first.We're on the hunt for a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager with a passion for B2B marketing to join our team and oversee the marketing strategy and execute programs for different personas.This role will play a critical part in driving the growth of our Digital Adoption Platform, crafting comprehensive marketing programs to create awareness of WalkMe's products amongst our entire target market, generate demand and pipeline from new accounts, as well as drive expansion opportunities within our existing client base.If you excel at developing integrated marketing strategies that appeal to a wide range of audiences and have a successful history of implementing campaigns that accelerate demand and growth, keep reading.What You'll Own

Develop and orchestrate integrated marketing campaigns: Devise full-funnel marketing strategies aligned with WalkMe's goals, utilizing a variety of channels such as email, social media, webinars, events, and more to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline acceleration.Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with internal teams (e.g. product marketing, content & design, operations, demand generation, and field marketing) and external partners to plan, build, and execute marketing programs, continuously optimizing campaigns to maximize performance and impact.Establish campaign processes and best practices: Define streamlined, scalable workflows and procedures for campaign planning, execution, and measurement. Continuously evaluate and refine processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Data-driven optimization: Take a metrics-driven approach to evaluating campaign performance. Leverage insights to refine strategies, improve execution, and demonstrate marketing ROI.Stakeholder alignment: Ensure clear and regular communication with key stakeholders. Provide campaign performance updates and recommendations to leadership to support decision-making.Innovation and continuous improvement: Explore new and innovative marketing tactics to stay ahead of industry trends. Test and iterate on approaches to find the most impactful ways to communicate WalkMe's value proposition.What You Need to Succeed

3+ years of experience leading the development and execution of multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns, preferably within a B2B software/technology environment.A solid track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.Proven experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau).Having a successful track record driving growth in the public sector - a plus.Strategic thinker: Exceptional ability to develop strategic marketing plans that effectively communicate WalkMe's brand and drive demand for our Digital Adoption Platform.Process-oriented: Excels at defining and implementing efficient, scalable marketing workflows and procedures. Adept at managing multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.Execution excellence: Demonstrated proficiency in managing projects from conception through implementation, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.Data-driven mindset: Comfortable analyzing campaign performance data, deriving insights, and using those insights to guide strategy and optimize execution.Collaborative leader: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to effectively partner with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.Adaptable and agile: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The starting OTE for this role is between $110,00 and $125,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: location, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, and RSUs as part of our competitive total rewards package.
