As the Admissions and Marketing Director, you are responsible for developing census and quality mix by providing prospective patients and/or responsible parties with appropriate information and assistance to the nursing center.

Ensures a smooth transition is achieved and that all paperwork is complete upon admission. Emphasizes financial arrangements and responsibilities.Ensures financial verification is accurate and complete before the patient is admitted to the Facility, thus assisting in reducing accounts receivable.Handles walk-in or telephone inquiries and invites referral sources to the nursing center; follows up on inquiries by conducting tours of the center, completing inquiry electronic system for admissions, and providing the patient’s family with brochures about the nursing home, Medicare facts, and room rates.QUALIFICATIONSCollege degree preferred.Sales experience, particularly in health care services, products, or pharmaceuticals is desirable.Familiarity with long-term care and/or health care services useful.Presents a professional image through appearance, behavior, and speech.BENEFITS401KAnnual evaluationsDental insuranceDisability insuranceElectronic documentationEmployee appreciation eventsHealth insuranceLife insuranceModified CompPaid time offTuition reimbursementVision insurance
