Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly creative Creative Director to lead our Community Fashion Startup in developing innovative and engaging visual concepts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, design, marketing, and community engagement, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to bring ideas to life.
A team player who actively contributes ideas toward campaigns, social media content, and design. Helps with graphic design, set design, inventory styling, and event creativity.
Duties- Aiding in developing concepts, graphics, and layouts for various projects.- Present ideas & research for campaigns to help with cohesive branding and messaging.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate fresh ideas into projects.- Provide sustainable and intentional solutions to creative problems.- Email or text the founder/CEO with ideas and updates daily/weekly.
SkillsRequired:- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Squarespace, Google Suite, Canva.- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to set boundaries around mental and physical health while being adaptable/flexible.- Ability to manage multiple projects.
Nice-to-have:- Experience or passion in Fashion Marketing, Graphic Design, or Fine Arts.- Experience and/or passion working in an advertising or creative studio.
PaymentPay: From $13.00 per hourExpected hours: 10 per week.
DurationMutual agreement of start and end date.
