Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will work with large-scale retailers to enhance the in-store shopping experience through signage, navigational décor, printed materials, and POP/POS displays. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in relationship building and selling not-for-resale products to B2B retail customers. Success in this role requires a consultative sales approach and the ability to prospect and secure new customer relationships. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established, financially secure company with in-house manufacturing capabilities.ResponsibilitiesSupport retail customers with a consultative sales approach to address business needsSell promotional displays (POP/POS), signage, and navigational décor to retail B2B customersEngage in continuous prospecting and business developmentManage key accounts and nurture long-term partnershipsAllocate a minimum of 25% of your time for in-field activities (store walks, customer visits...)Identify retail trends and promote service capabilitiesAccurately record account information in the CRM systemEnsure timely follow-up on marketing efforts and activitiesAttend weekly team meetings to review customer projectsQualify leads that come through email campaigns and lead-generation toolsCoordinate geographically based client visits to anchor accounts & nearby businessesOptimize strategies for both short and long-term successOversee project management from initiation to completionQualifications3+ years of

experience selling

not-for-resale items

directly to retailers is requiredSales prospecting
